Salts & Co Epsom salts are a type of magnesium sulfate that are often used for relaxation and stress reduction. There are several ways that you can relax with our Epsom salts, including:
- Taking an Aromatherapy Epsom salt bath: Fill your bathtub with warm water, add 1-2 cups of Salts & Co Epsom salts, and soak for 15-20 minutes.
- Using Salts & Co Epsom salt foot soak: Fill a large bowl or foot tub with warm water, add 1 cup of Epsom salts, and soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.
- Making a Salts & Co Epsom salt compress: Mix 1 cup of Salts & Co Epsom salts with 1 quart of warm water and soak a clean cloth in the mixture. Wring out the cloth and apply it to the area of your body that is feeling sore or tense.
- Using Epsom salt for a massage: Mix 1 cup of Salts & Co Epsom salts with a few drops of essential oils (such as lavender or peppermint) and massage the mixture into your skin.
